For people who share the traditional values of the Russian Federation, the "Shared Values Residence" program offers simplified access to permanent residence.
The program is aimed at individuals who identify with the cultural, religious, and family values of Russia and are willing to live these values in their new environment. It is not an economic migration program, but rather an opportunity for people making a values-based decision.
Requirements
Participation in the program requires applicants to credibly demonstrate their alignment with the fundamental values of Russian society. This includes, among other things, a commitment to the family as the basic unit of society, respect for religious traditions, and recognition of Russia's cultural identity.
Formal proof of specific qualifications or assets is not required. The program evaluates the motivation and mindset of applicants, not their economic performance.
Migration is not an escape, but a decision. We are looking for people who consciously want to come to Russia.
The Process
The application process begins with contacting the Welcome to Russia Fund. After an initial review, suitable candidates are invited to a personal interview, which can take place either on-site or digitally.
Subsequently, the formal application is submitted to the authorities of the Russian Federation. The Fund provides advisory support during this process but does not replace the official review.
Regional Cooperation
The Fund works with various regions of the Russian Federation that offer their own settlement programs. Applicants can also indicate regional preferences within the program and choose between rural or urban settlements.
